MF INOX Srl, in compliance with the provisions of D. Lgs.
24/2023, has set up special confidential channels (see below) that can be used to report violations of national or European Union regulations that may occur within the company.
It is hereby clarified that the confidential channels enunciated below, should not be used to forward complaints, claims, requests of a personal nature or to report diatribes between colleagues, internal organizational issues and similar situations.
Reports must then be substantiated and based on precise and concordant elements and must contain, as far as possible, the information necessary to identify the perpetrators of the illegal conduct.
Therefore, the reporting party is required to report clearly and completely all the elements that are useful for carrying out the necessary checks and verifications to assess the soundness and objectivity of the report.
The undersigned Company guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the reported person in the ways provided for in current regulations.
However, the report may also be anonymous.
All reports, including anonymous ones, are carefully reviewed and handled by specially authorized appointees.
Whenever possible, appropriate feedback is provided to the reporter within the terms of the law.
Personal data are processed in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 and D. Lgs.
196/2003, as far as still applicable.

Reports can be made/forwarded through the following confidential, alternative channels:
– by calling the toll-free number: 800.033.720 – operating Monday through Friday – 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m;
– by filling out the form on the reporting management portal, which can be reached from the following link: www.whistleblowingfacile.it ;
– by writing to the external consulting company: Winger S.r.l. – Reporting Office D. Lgs.
24/2023 – Via Piccard 16/G, 42124, Reggio Emilia (RE);
– making an appointment with a specially appointed professional at the offices of the external company Winger S.r.l., located at 16/G Piccard Street, Reggio Emilia (RE).
Information to the reporter issued pursuant to Art. 13 European Regulation 2016/679
WHEREAS, as a result of the report you made in accordance with the provisions of D. Lgs.
24/2023, our company may find itself collecting and processing your personal data; we specify as of now for clarity, the following definitions given by the European Regulation 2016/679:
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more characteristic elements of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity; Processing: Any operation or set of operations, whether or not involving automated processes, applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction.
All this being said, in accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679,
we inform you that the collection and processing of personal data will be carried out by the writing company in accordance with the following:
1. purpose: the data will be processed exclusively to manage the reporting in accordance with the provisions of D. Lgs.
24/2023, to fulfill your possible requests, for the proper performance of bureaucratic, legal, technical and further activities required by law;
2. modality: the data will be processed with both paper and electronic/computer/telematic tools/supports, in full compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and fairness and in a way that protects its confidentiality;
3. optional provision: provision of data is optional and not mandatory;
4. consequences of refusal: refusal to provide certain data for the above purposes may result in the inability to better manage the report, to give you appropriate feedback or to fulfill any of your requests;
5. subjects or categories of subjects (recipients) to whom the data may be communicated or disseminated: the data resulting from the report will reach the company Winger S.r.l. based in Reggio Emilia, via Piccard 16/G, which acts as External Manager pursuant to Art.
28 of the European Regulation 2016/679 and will be communicated to company appointees specifically authorized by our company.
The data may then possibly be communicated to third parties only to fulfill legal obligations and in accordance with the procedures provided for by D. Lgs.
24/2023.
The data will not be disseminated under any circumstances;
6. persons authorized to process: the data will be processed exclusively by a very small number of specially authorized employees;
7. automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling): no automated decision-making processes are in any way managed;
8. Rights of the data subject: you have all the rights enshrined in the European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data, deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
He/she also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority;
9. transfers to third countries: data are not transferred to third countries;
10. data retention period: data will be retained for the period of time strictly necessary to manage the reports and in any case in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree.
