HASTELLOY® C-276 Screws
MF Inox can produce any kind of standard or no standard fasteners, included HASTELLOY® C-276 screws, hexagonal head screws, hexagonal nuts and studbolts. This is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy extremely versatile as it combines an excellent corrosion resistance with a good thermal stability conferred by a poor propensity to precipitation on the grain edge.
HASTELLOY® C-276 is resistant to general corrosion, stresscorrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion in a broad range of severe environments. It has exceptional resistance to sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid; resists many of the most severe media encountered in chemical processing, including reducing and oxidising acids, highly oxidising neutral, and acid chlorides, solvents, formic and acetic acids, acetic anhydride, wet chlorine gas, hypochlorites, and chlorine solutions. It has excellent resistance to phosphoric acid, satisfied needs for a wide range of assembly systems in the industrial field as oli&gas or chemical plants.
