WERKSTOFF stainless steel 1.4401 AISI 316 UNS S31600 is a widely used austenitic steel because of its high corrosion resistance in acid environments and good mechanical properties. Its characteristics allow it to be used in a variety of industries and applications such as: ship equipment for the chemical pharmaceutical food textile paper industry furnace parts heat exchangers and more.
This material is suitable for making screws tie rods nuts and studs that reflect EN ISO 3506-1 (insert link) and EN ISO 3506-2 (insert link) in the different mechanical strength characteristics depending on the state of the finished part (A4-50 A4-70 and A4-80).
