Der superaustenitische rostfreie Stahl AISI 904L UNS N08904 W 1.4539 \u00e4hnelt dem 316L, enth\u00e4lt jedoch zus\u00e4tzlich Molybd\u00e4n, das eine bessere Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen lokale Korrosionsangriffe (Lochfra\u00df und Spaltkorrosion) bietet. Mit einem PREN-Wert von 35 ist es eine der am besten geeigneten L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Anwendungen in warmem Meerwasser und anderen Umgebungen mit hohem Chloridgehalt. Der hohe Nickelgehalt f\u00fchrt zu einer besseren Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen Spannungskorrosion als bei austenitischen Standardsorten. Das Kupfer in der Legierung erh\u00f6ht die Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen Schwefels\u00e4ure und andere reduzierende S\u00e4uren, insbesondere im sehr aggressiven ‚mittleren Konzentrationsbereich‘. In den meisten Umgebungen liegt das Korrosionsverhalten des Stahls AISI 904L UNS N08904 W 1.4539 zwischen dem austenitischen Standardstahl 316L und den molybd\u00e4nreichen (ca. 6%) oder superaustenitischen Sorten.<\/p>\n

AISI 904L Stahl UNS N08904 W 1.4539 darf nicht bei Temperaturen \u00fcber ca. 550\u00b0C verwendet werden. Es findet Anwendung in Rohrleitungssystemen, Anlagen zur Bek\u00e4mpfung der Umweltverschmutzung, W\u00e4rmetauschern und Bleichsystemen.<\/p>\n
