Mit einem PREN-Wert von 35 ist es eine der am besten geeigneten L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Anwendungen in warmem Meerwasser und anderen Umgebungen mit hohem Chloridgehalt. Der hohe Nickelgehalt f\u00fchrt zu einer besseren Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen Spannungskorrosion als bei austenitischen Standardsorten. Das Kupfer in der Legierung erh\u00f6ht die Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen Schwefels\u00e4ure und andere reduzierende S\u00e4uren, insbesondere im sehr aggressiven &#8218;mittleren Konzentrationsbereich&#8216;.
